Refined flour | 30 gm | 455 gm |
Butter | 30 gm | 455 gm |
Milk | 300 ml | 7.5 litre |
Salt | to taste | 80 - 100 gm |
Methods to Prepare:
- Clean and wash spinach.
- Cook in stock with salt.
- Rub through sieve when cooked.
- Prepare white sauce using flour, milk and butter.
- Add spinach puree. Reheat and serve.
