Coburg Cakes

| Refined flour | 170 gm |
| Butter | 85 gm |
| Sugar | 85 gm |
| Egg | 2 |
| Soda bicarbonate | a pinch |
| Ginger | little |
| Cinnamon powder | 1/4 tsp each |
| Warm water | 1 tbsp |
| Golden syrup | 1 tbsp |
| All spice powder | 1/4 tsp |
Methods to Prepare:
- Sieve dry ingredients together, then cream fat and sugar
- Beat eggs and add gradually, beating mixture all the time
- Then mix warm water and golden syrup to that mixture
- Finally put this mixture into a well greased and floured patty tin and bake at 190 degree Celsius (375 F) for over 20 minute
- Then take out and its ready to serve
