Bean sprouts | 60 gm |
Salt | 5 gm |
Soya sauce | 1 tsp |
Ajinomoto (Monosodium glutamate) | 2 gm |
Oil | 30 ml |
Methods to Prepare:
- Boil noodles till soft
- Shred all vegetables
- Shred chicken and ham
- Heat oil in a work and stir fry all vegetables
- Add salt, ajinomoto and soya sauce
- Add noodles, mix well and serve immediately
